Green Power Smoothie

All you need: 

  • 1 rounded cup frozen mango

  • 1 rounded cup pineapple

  • 1 cup apple sauce

  • 2-3 handfuls of fresh spinach and/or baby kale

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 serving protein powder

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding water if necessary.
