Berry Cherry Mint Smoothie
A delicious start to your day, packed with antioxidants, fiber, protein and healthy fats! Plus it's quick and easy to make when you are on the go!
All you need:
3/4 cup frozen cherries
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 handful fresh mint leaves
1 cup water or unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop Greens First superfood antioxidant powder (available through Dr. Jasper)
3 tbsp hemp seeds
Optional: 1/2 cup plain organic yogurt
Premix water and Greens First powder by shaking in a closed container. Add ingredients to blender and mix until smooth, adding additional water/coconut milk to thin if necessary. Transfer to smoothie-on-the-go cup and DONE!
