Antiox Smoothie

A delicious and convenient way to get your antioxidants and greens!

All you need:

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen black cherries

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen strawberries

  • 1 leaf of kale

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves

  • 1 cup (250 mL) dairy-free milk

  • 1 serving protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) ground flaxseed

  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) hemp seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding additional water if necessary.
