A delicious and convenient way to get your antioxidants and greens!
All you need:
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen black cherries
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen blueberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen strawberries
1 leaf of kale
1 handful of spinach leaves
1 cup (250 mL) dairy-free milk
1 serving protein powder
1 tablespoon (15 mL) ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon (15 mL) hemp seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding additional water if necessary.
