SUPPLEMENT PURCHASES AND RETURNS POLICY

Herbal Medicine

Dr. Jasper, ND's onsite supplement dispensary is reserved for sale exclusively to her patients. Some items, such as books, are for sale to the general public. Dr. Jasper will prescribe supplements in your consultation -- you cannot request supplements without first consulting with Dr. Jasper, ND.

 

Supplement refill requests can be made by calling the front desk BEFORE you come to the clinic (204-256-2273), or by e-mailing Dr. Jasper, ND (winnipegnaturopath@gmail.com).

 

We kindly ask that you provide the following:

  1. Name of the product;

  2. Brand of the product;

  3. Size of product (e.g. capsules or ml);

  4. Number of containers;

  5. When you hope to get your refills.

 

If required, arrangements can be made for us to courier or mail your order. Please know that we charge a $10 handling fee, over-and-above postage charges, for mailing items.

Supplements can be returned for a full refund to Dr. Jasper, ND within 30 days of purchase, depending on the following criteria:

  1. The supplement has not been opened/used;

  2. The supplement is not past expiry;

  3. We have proof-of-purchase;

  4. The patient experiences an adverse effect after taking the supplement.

 

For patients that experience a potential adverse effect related to a prescribed supplement purchased from Dr. Jasper, ND, we ask that you keep the container and contact Dr. Jasper, ND directly so that she can file an Adverse Reaction Report.
