We request that you arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes before each scheduled appointment. For scheduled phone consultations, Dr. Jasper, ND will call you at a phone number you have provided; we ask that you wait by the phone at that time. Late arrivals will still be subject to the full appointment fee, even if Dr. Jasper, ND cannot extend your appointment time.

 

Late cancellations (less than 1 business day prior to your consultation) and no-shows are very disruptive to clinic scheduling and may be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment time.

 

We do understand that family emergencies, health crises, inclement weather and other unexpected events do happen last minute, however, we appreciate that you notify us as soon as possible so that we know you are safe and we can reschedule your appointment.
