Lifestyle Counselling encompasses all day-to-day activities that contribute to our overall wellness. Practices such as good sleep hygiene, stress reduction activities, and clean living practices.


Sleep Hygiene:


Establishing good quality sleep is essential for every healthy person. Daily habits and certain health conditions can influence a person's ability to achieve a restful sleep. Lack of rest can lead to fatigue, mood swings, depression, anxiety, immune weakness, weight gain, and hormone imbalance. Dr. Jasper can help patients achieve a better quality of sleep.​


Stress Reduction: 


We all know how detrimental stress can be to our health. Stress reduction practices are necessary for almost every individual. Dr. Jasper uses tools such as recommending exercise, referral for counselling/psychotherapy, acupuncture, Bowen treatments, deep breathing techniques, meditation, and establishing better lifestyle habits/routines for stress reduction.


Clean Living: 

Just as “you are what you eat”, you are what you breathe/contact. Our environment is constantly influencing our underlying health. Dr. Jasper educates her patients on better options for hygiene and self-care products, home-cleaning agents, food storage, air and water filtration systems.
